Shipping Domestic

All products are shipped through USPS, byway of Priority Mail®. Priority Mail® service includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days. It also comes with $50 insurance.

Shipping International

Currently, Bare Melanin Naturals does not ship internationally. Be sure to check back in the future.

Shipping Times

We appreciate your support of our small business, especially during these unprecedented times. We are working assiduously to get your order to you as soon as possible while also disinfecting everything so we all remain healthy. Our current turnaround time is 4-7 business days. Although the postal service is working as hard as we are, actual shipping times may be longer. Once we have shipped your package, we cannot control how quickly it gets to you.

Returns

Due to the nature of handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at baremelaninnaturals@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. We are not responsible for damages made by the postal service. Your purchase comes with $50 insurance provided by USPS. Contact the post office if your product is damaged upon receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
