How to use: Bring 4-8 cups of alkaline water to a boil. Let cool for 5 minutes. Add herbs. Wrap yourself with a blanket. Sit upright with your feet firmly on the ground as you gently steam. Allow the warmth of the herbal steam to permeate the exterior of your sacred area. Sit over herbs for 20-30 minutes or until heat dissipates. Relax, release, meditate.
