Oatmeal may help reduce skin inflammation, gently exfoliates skin, moisturizes, conditions, and nourishes the skin. Lavender helps detoxify and soothe the skin. Can be used on all skin types.

Exfoliation statement: There is a thing called over exfoliation. This can cause your skin to become dry and dehydrated. At most you should exfoliate your skin 2-3 times a week. If your skin is irritated, even a gentle exfoliation may exacerbate the irritation. If your skin becomes irritated, discontinue use.

How to use: This product does not include a preservative. Do not get water in the container. Use a small spoon and scoop out desired amount. Apply to clean skin. Gently rub the scrub in a circular motion. Wash off with water.
