How to use: Apply to a clean damp face. Gently, rub the polish onto your face in a circular motion. Leave on for 2-3 minutes, then wash off with cool water. Repeat no more than 2-3 times a week. Keep in mind that turmeric is staining.

Exfoliation statement: There is a thing called over exfoliation. This can cause your skin to become dry and dehydrated. At most you should exfoliate your skin no more than two to three times a week.
